1. Digital Products
Quickwisdom.in provides digital book-summary content and related digital products.
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products (eBooks, summaries, downloads, etc.), all digital product sales are final.
2. Change of Mind
Because digital products may be accessed or delivered immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after purchasing or accessing the product.
We encourage you to review the product description and available information before completing your purchase.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product or order, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, the duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Refunds for Technical Issues
If you have successfully purchased a product but are unable to access or receive it because of a genuine technical issue on our side, please contact us.
We will first make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide you with access to the purchased product. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
